When making scrambled eggs add some fresh basil and chives to the butter or oil and let sear the flavor in before adding the eggs. then remember that medium high heat and moving the eggs frequently is better than lower heat and allowing them to set.. after they are close to done add fresh Parmesan for a healthy Italian style scrambled egg

LOL you got it... noiw foir the saecret to the fried potatoes... rinse them thouroughly to get rid of surface starch after you have peeled and sliced them and cook them over medium to medium high heat in margerine... add salt and pepper to taste and to maintain the flavor of the potatoes cook until fork tender but not too brown because the flavor changes dramatically.
