Recently I've been learning alot about myself and how I have a tendency to worry much more about other peoples feelings than my own. I've also become acutely aware that I am guilty of sacrificing my own sleep, happiness and even my health at times in order to make other people more comfortable.
Yesterday I had to reset my boundaries with someone and it was really hard. But you know what? It was really the right thing to do. It felt right all the way down to my toes!
I plan to have more time for me now and that means more time to persue my goals and dreams and aspirations. I'm so glad I've got you all in my life. You breathe new life into my spirit! ;D

Thank you for being here for us.. and if we need to be more patient and let you live your own life and dreams, so be it. You deserve you time... as we all hope to have enough of. Very happy to allow you to assert your boundaries and I, for one, am blessed by your presence in my life... as much or little as it is. Thank you for giving us PB! G

Gary you are so sweet! ((((((((((HUGS))))))) I appreciate that so much. To be honest you guys add so much to my life. It's in my r/t life that I'm having to assert myself. It actually feels pretty good to be able to stand up for me without being ugly to someone. I'm learning.

I know exactly how you feel, hon. I have issues with boundaries as well. It's not easy to set them, is it?

This is Allen's post!
No it's not and I think that's because sometimes we are more concerned with others feelings than our own. I'm trying to walk the line of being aware of their feelings as well as my own. I think this is a much healthier alternative for all involved.
